Invest in Your Confidence
Our comprehensive Wavering Waters program is designed to guide you from anxiety to confidence through a structured, therapist-led experience on and around the water.
Each experience is a single-session, exposure-based intervention focused on helping you safely build confidence in real time. While many participants benefit from one session, others may choose to continue with additional experiences or ongoing therapy to further support their progress.
This is more than an outing. It’s a guided, real-world exposure experience designed to help you feel safer, more in control, and empowered.
Because this experience involves active, real-world exposure, prior experience with therapy, particularly exposure-based approaches such as ERP, is recommended, but not required. If you’re unsure whether this experience is the right fit for you, we’re happy to help guide you.
Individual therapy sessions are available separately for those who would like additional support before or after participating.
On-water portions of this experience are conducted in collaboration with licensed and insured boat captains.

Dockside Phase – Step onto a stationary boat and begin gentle exposure.
Calm Waters Phase – Take short, supported rides on the water.
