Meet the Founder

My professional background spans mental health, education, youth and family support, program development, professional training, project management, and organizational leadership.

My career began in education, where I worked with children and supported their learning and development. My experience later expanded into public service with the Child Care Center at the U.S. House of Representatives, followed by corporate roles focused on program development, project management, professional training, technical support, and systems engineering.

Today, I bring these experiences together through my work in mental health, consulting, education, and program development. This multidisciplinary background allows me to approach my work with an understanding of both individual well-being and the larger environments in which people learn, work, and grow.

Breona Gray

Founder

As a licensed mental health professional, my clinical work is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed, and individualized care. I am licensed to practice psychotherapy in Maryland, New Jersey, and Michigan and have experience supporting individuals with a range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges.

My specialized training and areas of clinical focus include:

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and related concerns

  • Anxiety, Panic & Phobias, including strategies for reducing avoidance and increasing confidence in navigating feared situations

  • Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) & Body Image, including assessment, education, and evidence-based interventions

  • Trauma & PTSD, utilizing trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches

  • Chronic Pain & Mind-Body Approaches, addressing the relationship between physical symptoms, thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and daily functioning

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based behavioral approaches

  • Perfectionism, Burnout & Stress, with a focus on developing healthier patterns, flexibility, and sustainable coping strategies

My approach is both insight-driven and action-oriented. I believe understanding why a pattern exists is valuable, but insight alone does not always create change. My work focuses on helping individuals translate greater self-awareness into practical strategies, new behaviors, and meaningful changes in everyday life.

My clinical experience brings an additional mental wellness perspective to the educational, consulting, training, and program development work I provide across professional and community settings.
